We parked on Broadway St. near Jackson’s Corner West, then headed south on the east side of the River Trail. We crossed the river on the footbridge just south of Mt. Bachelor Village Resort. Had lunch at Cafe Yumm in the Old Mill on the way back.

We took a pre-anniversary/spring break trip to Newport, OR and stayed in an Airbnb condo with an ocean view. This was a good thing, since it was 39° and rainy, so we mostly sat in the condo reading and watching waves.
